Ty Lue is finalizing a five-year deal to become the next coach of the Los Angeles Clippers, sources tell ESPN.

I'm thanking the lord tonight that the Clippers let Doc go when they did, so we didn't settle on Ty Lue.

Daryl Morey tried to hire Doc Rivers and Ty Lue. Missed on both and then stepped down as the Rockets GM today.

Wow! Morey has been here a long time. In 2009 and 2018 we had championship caliber rosters but injuries hurt us.
We ended up losing in 7 games to the eventual champion Lakers and Warriors both years. Just a tough way to lose.

I'm not sure where we go from here? Jeff Van Gundy makes the most sense at this point, but now we need a GM also.
