cleveland has won 11 out of their last 17 games, do you think they can ride the hot streak and catch chicago or make the wild card?

Not happening unfortunately.

They aren’t in the top half of the league in any major category other than stolen bases I think.

Their home record isn’t good and more importantly for a team who is trying to grab the last wild card, their road record is just as unimpressive.

The only slight positive for them is they have a decent record against their division.

Baseball is the streakiest sport there is. Teams go on hot streaks and cold streaks multiple times throughout the season.

I wouldn’t put too much weight on them being 7-3 in their L10 especially when their series wins came against teams like KC, Texas and LAA.

They aren’t the worst team in the world but they won’t grab themselves a wild card spot especially with how tough the wild card race in the AL is.

Cleveland isn't doing anything of importance this season.

Do not let this distract you from the fact that Cleveland blew a 3-1 series lead in the World's Eries.
