I am actually excited about this. I think the MLB has way too many games to begin with. A short season like this could renue excitement into the sport.

Well the players are not happy they want more games more money. 60 games is just perfect. Go jays go. Lot of great young talents can't wait for them to roar to the top. Going be hard for jays cause they are in the hardest division

I have a soft spot for the Orioles. In 4th grade my baseball team was the Orioles. We finished in 2nd place...out of 4.

I think they would struggle with double headers though. Just because of the situation with starters not being stretched out at all right now it sounds like lots of them are only going 2-4 innings at the start of season, which leaves 5+ innings to the bullpen per game and the deeper you get into a bullpen the quality of pitchers seems to get exponentially worse.
