Just out of curiosity, thanks!

10 day Bump

Where is the outcry and support for the actual victims in this case?

You mean the guys who willingly got on the boat and did cocaine with him?

He was the driver and caused the crash. He's at fault, 100%. And do you have proof the passengers in the boat had cocaine in their body?

Yes, they weren't very smart to join him, however that doesn't void Jose's negligence.

It also doesn't make them victims.

It was an accident that all parties were responsible for.

That's not how logic works, at all. Those two people were victims in the crash, that Jose caused by negligence.

Driving a boat while high on cocaine into rocks is not an "accident".

it's just as much of an accident as a drunk driver driving into someone else's car. do you consider an adult passenger in the car with that drunk driver to be victims? or are they knowingly willing to let him drive in that condition?

Yes? They were not driving the vehicle.

Jose was confirmed the driver of the boat. How is he not at fault for killing his two friends? Because he was a MLB Player? It seems to me, the two victims in this case should be the ones being remembered. Not just Jose. Yes, Jose should be remembered too, but where is the outcry for the peoples lives he negligently took?

To me, it seems like MLB Players are void of responsibility because of their "status". Which is very sad.
