Kind of impossible to answer really. Depends entirely on your current physique/workouts, your genetics (fast twitch vs slow twitch), your mechanics, etc. Honestly pitching is a whole body thing. You need strength from your legs and your core to provide the power when you push off the rubber, but you also need to work out your shoulder, back, forearm and tricep (as well as keeping them stretched) But that can be negated if your mechanics change/worsen from pitch to pitch. But without knowing anything else about you, it's pretty impossible to predict.
For sure. I'm sure my mechanics are horrid and I don't work out honestly. Have a pretty physical job but no lifting weights. Thanks for the reply man.
