It was risky at the time and i got mocked but i tend to trust keeper bats over keeper pitchers

How was it risky at the time??
He just finished stealing over 50 bases and hit like 340 the year before. And he always has a good average and steals.

Speed doesn't tend to disappear.

Strasburg was maybe a top 50 player. And Altuve was the same.

If anything, it was a fair trade at the time and you ended up coming out ahead because of Altuves development.
