Looks like deal is about to be finished. Jay Bruce to the Blue Jays,Michael Saunders to the Angels and unnamed prospects going to Reds.

Not sure why the Jays want another Justin Smoak. All power and not much else. I guess hoping he reverts to the guy he was 3 years ago?

My guess is they both stay the year. This new regime loves prospects and draft picks so if I had to guess they keep both through the season and qualify EE,Jose and Storen and grab the 3 draft picks which would give them 4 picks in the top 40-50 of the draft if they sign none of them
