I've been told that #Astros owner Jim Crane is a big Aroldis Chapman fan. Not sure how that enters into the equation.

The only way a deal gets done is if Jim Crane gives the green light regardless of the price.

Prospects are just prospects, I don't think you can call any of them elite. That's just pandering. Chapman has the best arm of all time. He is worth great talent potential

So what you're telling me... Is that Manny Machado or Carlos Correa weren't elite prospects and they should have been valued the same as Justin Smoak (who was a big name prospect too). Or Bryce Harper or Noah Syndergaard

no, cuz smoak was a prospect for seattle, and they ruin everything.
