Strange But True: Bryce Harper saw 20 pitches tonight, didn't swing at any of them, walked each time, and scored 4 runs.

That is deff what they are paying him for....walks.

His talent level is unreal. He literally transformed into a top 3 plate discipline guy in one offseason.

The only thing that's left for him to work on is staying on the field.

If he's scoring 100+runs a season with a 400+obp because opposing teams are too afraid to throw him a strike, how can you fault him?

Agreed.

Someone as skilled as Harper only shows how hard it is to pitch around him, especially if you're down on the count. Man, I would sweat hard.
