so i know typical batters are worth more than pitchers in fantasy, i currently have Greinke, and somebody wants to give me Andrew McCutchen for him.

now Andrew McCutchen is not haveing his typical year obv, the stolen bases are way down and he started the year horribly ,

just not sure how i shuld feel about this trade so any of u got any input i would love it :)

Cutch is nice but I think his knee is still bothering him. I think even he admitted it was gonna be something he would have to deal with all year.

I don't think it's a bad trade I just think you're selling yourself short, you could get more value.

Depends on type of league, current standings, your pitching, and your outfielders.

If you're winning all pitching categories, and have shitty OF, and could use SB to help you win.. Obviously worth doing.

yea i almost had clutch Earlie on , but didnt pull the trigger bcuz of injury, he seems 2 be "better now" but hes not stealing bases.. which really diminishes his value =/

um i actualy need pitching really bad. but i did trade for madbum and lirano so i was thinking on trying 2 a lot for grenkie if possible..

It it a NL ONLY 12 man league.. Auction drafts.. when u draft a guy for 30$ for example he becomes a A30$ u get him for 3 years until he becomes a C contract than u can choose 2 extend him or just keep im on ur team for that 30$.

now grenkie is a 30$ A Scherzer is 39 and Clayton is 47$ so Zack actually has a really good price compared to other "Top tier " pitchers in the league.. so i was kinda trying to get alot for him if i can bcuz his value is even higher with his good contract.

also Clutch isn't stealing bases currently, do u think hes going 2 start bcuz if he is gona start stealing bases again obv hes value goes up again :)

If you need pitching, don't trade pitching.

E: good rule of thumb is to only trade to get better, not just because you can. If you don't need hitting, it doesn't make sense to trade for it just because Greinke has good value

Not if you need pitching lol.

Not reading your big paragraphs, but if this is a keeper league, I'd consider doing it.

Grienke could go to the AL next year and be worthless.

You make it sound like NL hitters are garbage
