Lawrie is playing 2nd base in minor. Heard he will be the jays new 2nd base when he come up. They will try to get a new 3rd base before trade deadline or off seaso. That is the plan for the future

What is the reasoning behind this? He seems like a servicable 3rd baseman

i cant see him not being the third baseman of the future, and not sure who else could be

They say it easier to find a good 3rd base than a 2nd base in trade. Not much good 2nd base out there that is the reason

ya just heard hes going to be second base, weird. i think he belongs at third base with the range he has, but maybe, considering our current second baseman is beyond terrible

I am confused with this team

EE impressed me more on 3rd than Lawrie

EE won't try and do stupid shit like jump into the stands for a foul ball and smash his leg on a railing falling down
