Some guy turned in front of me on a four lane road, and I didn't have time to stop or space to swerve. I was almost positive he was drunk, he was turning into a treatment facility, and one of the guys from the treatment facility that came out to check on us asked if he was drunk.

There was no way he didn't see me. He had to be drunk. I didn't tell the cop because I felt like he was trying to get help or on a recovery process. But now I feel like not turning him in could allow for him to recklessly hurt someone. I feel really weird right now.

Damn that sucks man, get better.

Yeah I've only had the car a month I almost cried at the scene. I probably would have if I felt actual human emotion
