He's had major major control problems most of the year. But he was sent down to Florida to work with some pitching instructor to fix his delivery (Rockies fucked with his mechanics badly). Since then he's been pretty decent. Had his best start of his career last start, but the one before that had like 7bb in 5 innings or something.
Velocity is there, stuff is there, control is not
That's a HS pitcher for ya' I guess.
