That Red Sox series was the most putrid, festering, rotting, filth of a feces series I have seen in recent years.

When the yankees got raped, Jeter was yakin it up with Youk. All the guy is looking forward to is getting that 3000th hit. I mean, I'm sure it doesn't matter than hes second in the league in most groundouts.
An interesting stat I found about CC. His ERA is around 4.00+ when he reaches his 100th pitch, yet hes continuously put in there longer.

There's this plague of "non shilantness" lately on this team that is absolutely sickining. From Joba who appears to be happy he's gonna get to spend the rest of the season home (presumably to get even fatter), to guys like Jorge not running out grounders to 1st (while batting like .180), Swisher missing ground balls down the line (allowing big sloppy to score from 1st), Gardner not running home on a wild pitch AGAIN (while on 3rd), Canos olay style of play resulting in an alarming number of errors this year, A.J.'s Oops there gos anotherone attitude, Jeters everybody's my bestfriend state of mind, Arods where am I gonna find my next over prime girlfriend, the who's gonna get it, no you get it play in the outfield, the bullpen falling apart like a caddy citera and on and on and on.... Boy do I miss "the Boss" who whould've been all over these guys for this stuff. Somebody please light a fire under their butts, cause you know Girardi is only worried about what he's gonna say in his Joe Girardi Show. Wake the hell up YANKEES, You just got swept by the motherfucking BlowSox! Guess I should be happy they finally hit Big Sloppy which was the first time EVER hey the guy only been murdering us and showboating in your face's for like 20 years now.

Whelan it is. He was the closer down in SWB and has been absolutely lights out(1.67ERA, 27IP, 30K's, 6BB's). He throws hard as hell but this is the first year he has ever posted a <10% BB rate.

He's hell of a lot better than Sanit though.
