That play was a little scary, seeing his leg get caught like that.

Good win tonight though, lots of good offense and defensive plays, especially from the outfield.

Tillman clawed and fought to get through 5, like a true Ace that's struggling, was great to see.

And every time the Red Sux scored we answered with at least one run, was a great game.

Tillman really has grown up right in front of our eyes. From being a throw-in prospect with the Bedard trade to our best pitcher, he has come a long way.

If Bundy and Gaus could get good, we would have a pretty fine rotation. Hunter Harvey is supposedly doing pretty well in the minors too. Might still be a year away, but our starting rotation should be good in a year or two, barring any Matusz/Bergesen-like career-ruining injuries.

really becoming a true ace so far.. tilly, chen, and miggy have really solidified this rotation. just imagine if ubozzo turns it around... imo we should have never signed him. oday and hunter looking like their usual dominate selves. if buck plugs and plays with oday/hunter for that setup/closer role based on match ups and rest, hopefully it will take off added pressure for 1 guy in that overrated closer role, it's really what killed jim johnson for us. how bout schoop and cruz tho. cruz was a straight steal, lombo n young getting off to good starts too.

I'm pretty surprised by Delmon Young, although I think we can all fully expect his numbers to gently fall as the season goes on. Still, way better than the crappy situation we've had the past couple years at DH by a wide margin.

Delmon is solid, in 2012 he put up .267 18hrs 74rbi and in 2010 for the Twins he put up .298 21hrs and 112rbi, maybe he can be somewhat the same person as in those years.
