We need better performances by our starting pitching, besides Tillmans 2 starts and Buds most recent, our pitching has been absolutely terrible.

Our pitching is terrible regardless. We need Tillman to be consistent first...then it would be nice to have Gausman and Bundy (injury nonsense) and that would be better than Uballzo, Norris and whoever else we randomly throw up there.

Has he not been consistent? He's about the only reliable pitcher we have.

I have a 3-way skype interview w/ the O's this morning. It's my 2nd interview with them. This time I'll be talking to the 2 directors of the department I'd be working in and the coordinator of baseball information.

Happens in 2 hours. Fingers crossed.
