If you dont wanna lose, dont bet against the jays bigboy

Oh ill be betting against them vs. aces who don't allow HRs.
Hamels did his thang, 1-2-3'd that shit ez, but LOL worst defense in an inning ever is the reason I lost.

Never understood why the bat flip is so controversial. There are plenty of players who toss the bat after a HR (looking at you Big Papi), and in the spot lastnight with such a huge home run I dont think anyone should have expected any less. If you dont want guys to flip the bat maybe dont serve them juicy meatballs right over the plate that they can smack to the 2nd deck.

As for the fans, I dont get why they were throwing shit on the field. It was top of 7, we still had 3 at-bats remaining and people were losing their minds like the Rangers just walked off with that run. Always makes me angry when a few bad apples spoil the bunch.

97 mph fast ball 3 inches off the inside of the strike zone.

You mean, exactly the pitch everyone knows Bautista destroys?

Who throws inside fastballs to Bautista anymore....

HR(s)
He allowed 1 you said? NB...
Either way, worst defense ever lead to a Jays win.

Was talking in general, not about this specific pitch.

They did throw 3 straight fastballs to Bautista though. To me that just seems like flirting with disaster. I thought the scouting report was out that the Jays eat fastballs for breakfast.

This game definitely isnt on Hamels at all. He pitched a great game, and limited damage when they had runners on base. The odds of three consecutive errors has to be so minuscule.

I was just pointing out that it was not a meat pitch over the plate. Hats off to Bautista for turning on it.
