I would trade Lowrie before the July 31 non-waiver trading deadline, along with Wandy Rodriguez and Brett Myers.

We can use those three veterans to net us another four or five prospects. Our minor league system is so stacked and loaded compared to a few years ago.

Nice to see Bud Norris back today but he's been awful for a while. I don't expect him to be good again for another few weeks when his arm strength gets back. Probably after the all-star break is when he may get back to his old self.

Yea he was beasting earlier this year, but as you said, its gonna be a while before he gets back to that.
