Eh, he was kind of a huge dork imho lol.
But, he did have a good voice for commentating the games.

Catcher involves a lot of calling games too which is a huge part of it. Just being able to catch and throw is not good enough. Last thing you want is the whole rotation to collapse of bad calls from the catcher
