If Minor has a good outing do you think he will be traded?
There's talks of a trade with the Astros that include Minor+McLouth+Delgado for Bourn+Wandy.... I don't care for this trade.. I think Minor is one of our top underlooked young pitchers, and McLouth has all the potential there he just needs to find it again.
I would be much more prone to accepting this trade if somehow Pence is involved instead of Bourn.
I do see us making a move on some player at the deadline.. hopefully it's not a Falcons trade though.
I would love to get BJ/Justin Upton or Pence.. Beltran/Reyes I think are good besides their age and contracts, but would rather not get either..
DeJesus is a cheap mans player, so noty.. Colby Rasmus I would love to get, I don't think STL is wanting to move him anymore, but I remember Braves pushing hard for him.

On the other hand.. we signed Julio Lugo to minor league contract.. rofl bad sign

HELL YEAH MINOR LEAGUE DAY !!! (4 starters)

Braves:
Schafer 8
Prado 7
Chipper 5
McCann 2
Hinske 9
Gonzalez 6
Freeman 3
Conrad 4
Minor 1

Schafer batting 1st so he can bunt Minor up.

that rumor is very innacurate, we have no need for Wandy, Buster Olney reports interest of the braves for Pence and perhaps Bourn, he says the brabes have been interested for a while but now they are kind of pushing for it. I don't mind Minor getting moved as long as we get a good return

I don't want anyone from the Astros to be honest.

i wouldnt mind Pence, hes consistent, heard good things about his personality, and he always plays hard and goes all out, sounds like a braves player to me

and yeah i was about to be surprised for uggla to sit 2 games in a row

Schafer 8
Prado 7
Chipper 5
McCann 2
Uggla 4
Hinske 9
Gonzalez 6
Freeman 3
Minor 1

new list.. I still don't think it's right though.. something to me seems weird.. maybe flopping uggla and mccann or uggla and hinske.. flopping freeman and gonzo
I would bat Schafer, Prado, McCann, Chipper, Hinske, Uggla, Freeman, Gonzo, Minor.. L,R,L,R,L,R,L,R, didnt even mean for that to happen.
It's such a shame that Heyward is always hurting.. Chipper has played more than him this year.

You think Prado should request a contract similar to Ugglas? I wouldn't mind locking Prado away.. he is by far our most consistent player in the last 2 years.
I don't want to see him get near the FA or even with a year left on his contract.

I don't think he would ask for that much, Uggla hit 30+ hr for 5 straight years and was about to hit FA. I would love a 5/40 deal or something like that. Prado is one of my favorite players, works hard plays right and loves the game, I would love him to be a lifetime brave

and heres the lineup

1.Jordan Schafer, CF
2.Alex Gonzalez, SS
3.Chipper Jones, 3B
4.Brian McCann, C
5.Eric Hinske, LF
6.Dan Uggla, 2B
7.Freddie Freeman, 1B
8.Joe Mather, RF

Prado gets the night off, probably a good thing it looks like he was really aching yesterday especially after the foul ball
