Am I alone in thinking they shoulda moved Strasrape to the pen when he got around 130ip and use him as a vicious innings eater like the Reds did with Chapman in years past? That way they could use him in the post season. I dunno, kinda seems like a no brainer to me...

The rotation has been mediocre of late I think. Zimmerman is cooling off. They want to lock their playoff ticket before him hitting the 100s in IP. I like the move.

Ya but then when they get to the post season, they lose a huge part of what got them there. Makes more sense to have him in a supplementary role than not at all IMO

I haven't had the time to watch a baseball game in its entirety since moving back home, let alone follow baseball well enuf to make smart bets (which is the only way I like to bet). Now that football is starting, it'll be real tough to keep up with my teams. I just hope I get to watch my Nats make it far into the postseason
