id say so, saved the game for them. still really cant figure out some decisions they make. cabrera was on fire in the 2 hole, and they dropped in to 5 hole. i think the only way they should have melky 5th is if davis is lead off, and kawasaki second. hard for davis to be in the lineup consistently as DH how ever. i think once lawrie gets going hes a perfect fit for the 2 hole. they cant afford to have lind out of the lineup too often, need the threat of a left handed power hitter, although his power numbers have been down lately, but hes getting on base a lot

id love if bautista could play 3b all the time and have lawrie at 2b, that way davis could be in the lineup ever day in right field. izturis and bonifacio really arent offering anything so far. 8-2 would be a lot of speed in the lineup.

ya tbh bautista should be dropped down a bit and someone else moved up. hes doing dick all so far. this lineup has so much potential its hard to drop anyone lower down. lind, cabrera, arencibia, even rasmus, all of them have the potential to hit 3 hole or clean up. once this time figures it out, and stays healthy... they will be damn scary. i think if reyes never got hurt they would be .500 or better. him being on base as much as he was, and some hitters finally getting going it would have been a lot different, especially since he would be a huge distraction on base. damn jays always getting hurt
