Funny how we were just mentioning why Flaherty is here and if he is ready, then he has an amazing at-bat working back from 1-2 to a full count and getting the walk on a good look.

Solid fielding, can't ask for much more from a utility player.

.240-.250 BA, with a few runs knocked in and solid fielding.

He's just biding time until Brob gets back, hopefully soon.

NY and Boston both lost today, we need to win this game.

Brob isn't close to coming back yet. Don't get your hopes up too much.

"Roberts (hamstring) did some light jogging on an underwater treadmill at the team's spring-training facility in Fort Myers, MASN Sports reports.
Spin:
The workout marked Roberts' most extensive activity since he ruptured a right knee tendon in the season's first week. He still appears a bit far away from resuming baseball activities, so don't expect him back until some point in May, or perhaps even later than that if a setback occurs."

No, he is not a solid fielder.
He's average AT BEST.
He provides nothing for the orioles. Just because he can play multiple positions doesn't mean he is useful.

Also, he's not hitting anywhere close to .240, not now or not later. He has way too many holes in his bat, cant hit offspeed at all.

That game was hard to watch... but at least we won the series.

I'll defer to the master regarding Flaherty, he really looks replaceable right now. Utility players who can't hit are a dime a dozen.

Pearce is almost painful to watch, for a vet, he blows.

Flaherty really needed AAA playing time this season, but orioles didnt have that luxury.

Schoop isn't ready at all either.

Casilla can be OK until Roberts is healthy, but I'd rather try a guy like Ty Kelly than have Schoop or even Flaherty (who I like but needs time still in minors)
