The race for the 1st overall pick in 2014

1. Astros 10-26
2. Marlins 11-25
3. Blue Jays 13-24

Did we ever sign this guy with the nice reflexes to play third base?

Exactly how I feel watching the Astros play. It's the same feeling and I don't have to waste three hours.

We lose again to the Rangers and the Marlins beat the Dodgers tonight. Let's get that two-game lead.

Rangers will finish the three-game sweep tomorrow and then we have an 0-6 road trip coming up at Detroit and at Pittsburgh.

May as well give us a 10-34 record already.

Jason Castro is hitting clean up in today's lineup? LOL, that's ridiculous.

Jonathan Singleton has 13 games left on his 50-game suspension for smoking marijuana for the first time in his life - even though it's now legal in some states. As soon as Singleton is eligible to be called up to the big leagues in a few weeks, I'd call him up and start him at first base, hitting third or fourth in the lineup for the next 10-plus years. We should have Jonathan Singleton and George Springer starting at first base and center field before this dismal 2013 season is over.

Possibly even Delino DeShields Jr. seeing time as a utility infielder and pinch runner off the bench. I'm tired of seeing this lifeless team on the field when we have way better talent in the minor leagues. The only everyday player that is a keeper is all-star Jose Altuve at second base. We have better players at the other seven positions in the minors right now. A few of them are Major League ready. Obviously Carlos Correa at shortstop, Ariel Ovando in left field and Domingo Santana in right field will need more time.

Opening day in 2016. Possibly Opening day in 2015, we're going to be an exciting team to watch.

Until then, this is all BS. We're trotting out a bunch of guys who don't belong in the Major Leagues.

Only thing I like about today's game is the blue rainbow jerseys they have on. LOL

I'm excited for the draft on June 6. We should select Mark Appel number one overall. We can go into next season with a decent starting rotation of Jarred Cosart, Mark Appel, Lucas Harrell, Bud Norris and today's starter Jordan Lyles.

I think we may call up Jarred Cosart some time this summer. He's dealing at Triple-A. He's 4-0 with a 2.18 ERA. I'll be listening to his next start on the radio.

If the Astros do this right they can be a dynasty for a while. It's almost like handpicking your future squad with all these top picks lol

I give up on the 2013 season. This team is horrendous to watch.
