Was a gamble and hopefully it pays off.

Taylor Hearn is a 21 year old Lefty who can hit triple digits on the radar gun. His slider is also developing into a nice plus swing and miss offering.

Felipe Rivero has struggled as of late but let this sink in....during the first four months of baseball Rivero was worth only 0.2 less WAR than Melancon during that same span. If Rivero gets back to that form we didn't really lose any value and got a young power arm in the minors.

Oh and Rivero is another hard throwing Lefty

understandable. I really would have been upset if we dealt Bickford, Arroyo, or Beede anyways so it was never meant to be.
