When did they move to 232

It's always been 2-3-2 for a 7 game series.

He stared down Dyson and basically threw the bat at the Rangers dugout..

common not even

It was a bit disrespectful but he was amped and lets face it Jose is not THE most mature guy. He applogized (vaugely) for offense that was taken from it.

I can agree it was a bit uncalled for but it shouldnt be a big deal. And i hardly think he stared him down.

Disrespectful sure, but really can't blame him for getting fired up in that situation, but Dyson smacking Tulo on the ass is more disrespectful imo...then saying after the game that Bautista needs to show more respect for the game, pretty hypocritical.

Regardless, next year they can just hit Bautista and move on

And that was hardly a stare down...he looked at Dyson for maybe a second and flipped the bat (with more enthusiasm of course) where it would have landed any other time

Never understood why the bat flip is so controversial. There are plenty of players who toss the bat after a HR (looking at you Big Papi), and in the spot lastnight with such a huge home run I dont think anyone should have expected any less. If you dont want guys to flip the bat maybe dont serve them juicy meatballs right over the plate that they can smack to the 2nd deck.

As for the fans, I dont get why they were throwing shit on the field. It was top of 7, we still had 3 at-bats remaining and people were losing their minds like the Rangers just walked off with that run. Always makes me angry when a few bad apples spoil the bunch.
