theres no doubting that gomez was the better fit for the mets and a better overall player with higher upside, but i like the cespedes deal more for the mets THIS season.

now in the offseason, they can move one of their big arms for a superstar bat under team control for a while, yet still go for it this season. sucks to see fulmer go though.

lol, thor has pitched like 10-15 big league games, wheeler is out a season with tommy john, and matz has made 2 or 3 big league starts.
