We need Pence's bat and energy in the lineup. Pumped to have him and joe panik back. i like the depth eduardo nunez provides too. So much better than Kelby/Ehire. I'd like to trade for Melancon, who we're reportedly in on.

It's a lot to give up, but not overpay when you make it proportional to what other teams paid this deadline. Most expensive deadline for buyers that I can ever remember. I love that Moore and Smith are under team control for a few more years, especially considering how weak the pitching market is this coming winter. Tough to swallow for right now, but I'm kind of okay with it. I will miss Duffy.
