So apparently the Jays

Happ has options so he'll go down before Cecil. Cecil doesn't and he's guarenteed to be picked up on waivers so unless they trade him I'm thinking Happ is in Buffalo.

Happ has been pretty damn solid with the Jays last year, he's a reliable 6th starter while Cecil hasn't had a decent game in the last 25 years of his life.

Jose Bautista is primed for another 50-homer season? He's healthy and the Blue Jays are loaded for a World Series run in 2013.

My goodness gracious, Toronto is stacked. It would be a surprise if they don't win it all this year. Their bullpen is the only question mark.

the AL looks pretty solid, so to say "it would be a surprise if they dont win it all" is a bit much. the rays, jays, tigers, and angels all look strong.

the NL has a few good teams too, with the dodgers, giants, reds, braves, and nationals. dont discount the phils or cardinals either.

If the Blue Jays' bullpen performs even decent this year, I don't see how they're not the team to beat. The Rays will not make the playoffs this year. Their division is too strong.
