No, control is control, velocity is velocity.
You'll hit the same positions even with high velocity...the pitches will just be faster

no it will just move more from your spot

Increasing the 'movement' of your pitches is just the break in the pitches; you will see it in the marker...it won't change the velocity or control. However, if you have a guy with a lot of break in the pitches but poor control you will get calls against you at times on close pitches.
