Its automated for every reliever/starter that comes out before the inning is over.
They did that with Darren Oliver even though he had a successful appearance lmfao

i'm sure they can avoid using it when someone is leaving injured~ pretty rude

I'm going to tomorrows Rockies game when the Phillies are in town

get to see Cliff Lee pitch, but I wish Doc wasn't injured, would love to see him pitch :(
