so i guess Brett Lawrie (or whoever it was) was the same?
was clean slide. any slide where you are still able to touch the base is clean. unless you go cleats up.
That was one of the better take out slides you will see in baseball actually.

Brett didn't even make contact to the defender when he made the attempt to steal....and I'm talking about double plays.
