4-10 overall and 0-5 against Oakland.

Bud Norris did pitch 7 shutout innings at Anaheim in his last start so perhaps he'll be good on the road this year. 2-1 with a 1.96 ERA in 3 starts. Those private workouts he had with Roger Clemens this spring seems to be paying off.

I think Bud is turning into our best starter and the most consistent.

In his three starts, he's giving up 2 earned runs vs. Texas, 2 earned runs vs. Oakland (in a loss) and 0 earned vs. Angels. All quality lineups.

I think we're due to beat Oakland and Bud gets to 3-1 this afternoon but I wouldn't want to homer or bet on it.

Bud Norris isn't fooling the Oakland hitters. Man, I want to move back to the National League!

It's only the bottom of the 1st and Bud Norris is nearing 50 pitches...

5-1 Oakland and bases still loaded with 1 out.

OMG. Take Bud Norris out Bo Porter.

6-1 and we finally got two outs. Bud Norris' ERA has risen from 1.80 to almost 5

LOL, Bo Porter is taking Bud Norris out. 0.2 innings pitched. 6 earned runs allowed. 5 hits and 3 walks. Could not finish 1 inning against those mighty Athletics.

Adda boy Carlos Pena. Another home run. 7-2 Athletics lead in the top of the 7th.

More meaningless homers in games we lose just like last night. Eh, Pena?

7-3 now. Astros trying to come back. Marwin Gonzalez RBI single. Typical Astros. Watch them give us false hope. A loss is still a loss.

7-4 game. RBI single for Jose Altuve. Uh oh. LOL

Two on with two outs. One swing could tie this game. Pitching change for Oakland and Justin Maxwell is up to bat.

Ryan Cook struck out Maxwell. Astros stranded runners on 2nd and 3rd base. Just a hit would have made it a one run game.

7-4 Athletics in the middle of the 7th. I feel like grabbing a Snickers ice cream candy bar. LOL

Astros showing some heart. Got to admire them not giving up. Jason Castro lead-off double in the top of the 8th.
