He said his goal was to just get in shape right now but ya 0-4 is rough. what about Gomes, does he play any other positions where he could stay on the big club. Because once Lawrie is back where would he go

He plays catcher but we have enough of those

Think he can also play 1st base and then EE can DH

If he can play first effectively then that would be really good for us and how about Brandon Morrow and his second complete game shutout of the season.
