Trout's already put together two seasons that are better than A-Rod's career year(according to fWAR). Trout is 24.

I know your post was sarcasm but I feel like people are starting to become numb to how otherworldly Trout is.

Are we talking A-Rod's 2007?

According to fWAR, his career year was 2002 because he was playing SS full-time as opposed to 2007 where he was at 3B.

Lol you must have forgotten how much potential Baez has. To put him behind Marte is a joke. 1 brief little big league stint last year and everyone's worried. Did you all forget Mike Trout's "1st taste of action" it didn't go so well. The dude has potential to hit 30+ bombs at 2b; he'd be a SS on most teams (Padres, Mets, among others all wanted him at SS). He's cut down on his strike outs this year and amid an injury plagued year and death to a 21 y/o sister; he's having a pretty damn good year in AAA.

Lindor may have the glove on him but he doesn't nearly have the bat Baez does.

If you're gonna go that way

It's

Correa

Seager

Russell

Bogaerts
Lindor

Marte - Doesn't even belong on this list.

Yeah but he said out of those 4 though....so you adding all these other SS prospects is about as irrelevant as the cubs trophy case.

I also put those ranks in terms of fantasy - Baez obviously doesn't do shit me.

Baez is repeating AAA and still has a ~26 K%. His potential is sky high but so is his risk. He's also not going to stick at SS for long.
