I know he'll be their everyday 2b; still paying a shitload of $ to Utley, Guerrero to now be bench players. Enrique Hernandez who would have been a decent platoon with another player rides the bench now.

They signed like 4 starters (including Anderson coming back) and now have no rotation spot for Alex Wood. They have a crap load of OF'rs for not enough positions. It's going to be a cancer in that clubhouse when half those guys don't get enough AB's or aren't playing to what they were expected. It's a disaster waiting to happen.

Players wouldn't sign there if they were worried about that.

E: I'm sure Kendrick or some of the starters they signed could have taken less money and played somewhere else, but they didn't
