So who's next in line for the GM job? Have they talked about anyone in-house?

See where some media is whining bout #Orioles celebration last night. Sox players weren't. They got O's stirred up in July, payback in Sept.

Either Buck or someone hand picked by Buck. It's 100% up to him what he wants to do. He's going home tomorrow to be with his family for the weekend, might not know anything til next week.

One thing I don't get is why everyone wants Luke Scott gone next season. If they can work out a more team friendly deal I would love to have him back at DH. People forget he was one of the top DH's in the AL when he was healthy.

not gonna lie, im on the fence with this. I've said I was a proponent of trading him, but at the same time I know it does not make us a better team.
I think my mindset is still trying to get from rebuilding mode to win now mode tbh.

We shall see if this is a good or bad thing. I think its good since Brady is a workhorse

I just think as a DH he is a perfect fit. Reynolds, Hardy, and Jones are our three most powerful hitters and are righties. Luke can hit 30+ from the left side. He's no great defender or anything but him at DH would also be better than Vlad due to the fact he can actually play 1B or LF for a game or two and Wieters can DH more often.

We could really have 5 players hit 25+ home runs next year and that is without signing anyone and just keeping who we have now.

I think Brady training Matusz is a great thing. He worked out with Reynolds and Reimold all last year and they both turned out pretty well.
