Are you lean bulking or what? Pretty sure you can get it without fruit too.
I don't know what I'm doing to be honest. One day I think about just getting in the best shape possible and other days I think about just bulking, I can't ever decide.
For the past week I have been running 2 miles either before class on Tues/Thurs or after class M/W/F, then lifting, then doing cardio afterwards and been feeling great. Haven't been eating anything other than eggs, oats, brown rice, chicken, broccolli, a protein bar before workout (never did this before but for some reason I started too since I had them and never ate them), and a protein shake after. I also drink one Vitamin Water Zero each day the Lemonade flavor to get some Vitamin C.
