Toronto isn't going to build a new one anytime soon, Rogers Centre is barely 20 years olds and they're not putting it out in the suburbs, which leaves lakefront and other downtown property the only possible area's, and real estate in downtown Toronto is some of the most expensive on the planet. The city will draw up plans for a football only stadium in the next 10 years, and a baseball only one someone downtown in the late 2020s or 2030s.

They're likely going to put in real grass by next season, but yeah no new stadium till at least the 2030s, probably not till the 2040s.

It's real dirt, it's just artificial turf. Real grass is coming though, just not this season (Not enough time, they need to do it in the off season so players can try it out)

Nah, this is gonna happen man. Rogers Centre is used for SO many things. There's been a lot of talk, but it won't happen anytime soon.
