I'm not wrong bro. I'll repeat what I said:

It's ugly compared to modern stadiums. There's no implications that I think it's new at all. None.

It'd be the same as if I said the Oakland Coliseum (sp?) is ugly compared to a newer place as well. Which it is.

Now with Miami's new park, Toronto and Oakland are the only two teams I'd like to see get new parks. Fenway and Wrigley won't be going away any time soon. I'm not sure what Toronto's whole plan is, but that's just my opinion.

Toronto isn't going to build a new one anytime soon, Rogers Centre is barely 20 years olds and they're not putting it out in the suburbs, which leaves lakefront and other downtown property the only possible area's, and real estate in downtown Toronto is some of the most expensive on the planet. The city will draw up plans for a football only stadium in the next 10 years, and a baseball only one someone downtown in the late 2020s or 2030s.
