Jays could possibly put in real grass at Rogers Centre, would be nice, but it'll cost the Jays quite a bit of time, effort, and money.

Not anytime soon. And theres no where to put it right now. They won't put it out in the suburbs and it'll take years to redevelop areas to fit in a new park. And if a new stadium is getting built in Toronto it'll be a football stadium to attract an NFL team to Toronto (And so the Argos don't have to play in a stadium horrible for football)
