Britton has shown a little improvement at the end of the season. I am glad that his bumps at NY and BOS did not affect him overall.

They need to get 2 starters, 2b, 3b, and a dh in the offseason to have any shot at. 500

what would you think about *gasp* Aramis Ramirez at 3B lol. Another former cub -____- but he does kind of fit the bill for what we need.
I would say HELL NO (we've seen this way to much before). But i could see something like that happening unfortunately.

And what are your thoguhts on Ryan Adams. I persoanlly would be okay with having just him backing up Roberts. I like what he has done so far.

Aramis would be a waste. Declining offensive player who isn't a good defender. I'd rather sign Casey Blake to a 1 yr deal lol.

Adams is alright as a backup but not a starter. No speed, no power, mediocre defense.

I think Adams is a formidable backup too, but I think he would be an average starter if not a little better if given a full year of growth by playing. His defense hasn't been that bad so far (i know its limited experience so far). But Signing someone like a Skip Schumaker or another Infielder who can play around and swing a decent bat would be a good idea (not saying Skip is that guy, but was just throwing out a name)
