Still no idea if we are even interested in Fielder?
Pls sum...
1 Escobar
2 Lawrie
3 Bautista
4 Fielder
5 Lind
?!!?
Omg.. scary lineup..
If we got Fielder we'd likely trade Lind for pitching.
a 3-4-5 of Bautista-Fielder-Lawrie would be pretty dope.

I think I'd rather have Lawrie in the 2 hole and Encarnacion in the 5 spot

Blue Jays acquired RHP Sergio Santos from the White Sox for RHP Nestor Molina.
Santos will take over at closer for the Blue Jays in 2012 and should excel much in the way that he did in Chicago. The former infielder posted a stellar 3.55 ERA and 92/39 K/BB ratio over 63 1/3 innings this past year while converting 30 saves. He'll remain a rock-solid fantasy option on an improving Toronto team.

Win!
If his home/away splits are to continue in Toronto, there is no 'Win' at all....

I'm just happy the Jays finally have a decent arm in the pen..
I don't need 25 blown saves keeping the Blue Jays out of the playoffs.

We have so many amazing prospects but Nester Molina was one of our best...
But Santos is great (Apparently) and what we need so whatever, as long as they don't trade D'Aranud

Fielder deal unlikely now since AA is a jew and doesnt want to commit to a deal that is more than five yrs...

I think a 5/120 would get it done.

The Mariners are now considered the front-runners for free agent Prince Fielder, according to ESPN's Jim Bowden.
