Finally we get our first series win of the season (even if it is only the astros).
Pitching thusfar has been pretty terrible, good to see back to back solid outings by richards and wilson (even tho richards final line isnt that good, he left with 2 runners on which the pen let score).

up next we got the Twins in Minnesota, Blantar vs Correia, followed by Vargas vs Pelfrey (tuesday) and then Hanson vs Worley (wednesday).

-Roth killed it in his MLB debut from the pen on saturday, going 2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 4 K's while picking up the W in that walk-off win against the stros. if only the rest of our pen could be as successful
-Trout hit his first HR of the season yesterday, going 2 for 3 with a double, HR and walk and scored 3 runs in the angels first series win of the season, hamilton fell a double shy of the cycle

The talent is there for the Angels to go on a hot streak. I still believe they are a 108-win team this year.

I like bourjos as the leadoff man and trout hitting 2nd in front of pujols and hamilton.
Trout had 2 rbis in first 13 games, now has 9 more in last 3 games.

Everyone seems to be hitting except hamilton, who will come around.
