People are just going to use Eniac's little time method to gain forum gold now.

if something is due by 4PM, you can turn it in before or at 4PM.

if it is due BEFORE 4PM, you must turn it in BEFORE 4PM. Eniac used by, not before.

regardless, if the bet was unconfirmed, you send the guys FG back. You don't hold it in limbo long enough to see who wins the game then decide whether the bet is on or not.

As stated prior, if it is due at 4:00:00 and you turn it in at 4:00:29, it's late.
