Suggestions that the Jays will go after Reyes and either stick him at 2B or Escobar there. No chance they get him though so I don't know what they'll do.

I was reading Baseball America and Reyes stated we wanted to remain a Met, but they don't have the cash. BoSox will probably take him, because they're not too great there.
Stankees have Jeter, so they won't I don't think.

E: Do you think the Jays might take a run at Heath Bell? There's a reliever for the pen right there.

Jays will probably try to trade for him because even if they can't sign him he's a Type A FA so they'll get a top pick for him. I bet AA will get Bell. This guy really is an amazing GM.

If Adam Lind didn't get injured earlier in the season he'd be right up there with Prince Fielder.

So it is Dotel, Zipper and Jackson. Fuck that's a steal. How the fuck does AA do this.

I've been dying for a decent closer for a couple years. AA does A LOT better than Riccardi (sp?). That guy sucked, and thought he was the best.

Riccardi was good at finding gems but he was too conservetive in drafting and was never charming enough to do these trades. AA is really turning this franchise around. SInce he came the Jays farm system has become one of the best, if not the best.

I'm stoked.
The two trades combined made it work out like this:

Jays Acquire: Mark Teahen and Colby Rasmus
Jays Trade: Jason Frasor, Zach Stewart, Octavio Dotel, Mark Rzepczynski and Cash

Correct?

That's exciting. With this working out, I wouldn't mind seeing something like this for a line-up.
