What value is going to come back when we DFA? Some team would take a gamble on him for a mid level prospect (So a dime a dozen player), which is better than nothing. Escobar was the big peice coming back in that trade but Jo Jo was supposed to be at least an average #5 and not fodder. He's still got potential but he's never going to reach it and I'd like to see another team try to get something out of him while giving us something back.

I agree with Caedus that Jo Jo should be traded, the only reason he is not in AAA already is because he is out of options on his contract. Litsch it ready to come back (not that he is wildly better).

He just got DFA finnally but we can still get something, though I'm not sure if we'll get anything in a small trade even now, he's worse thab Rivera and we only got Cash for him.
