it hasnt in the past. the cardinals have won a couple world series in the last 9 years when they backed into the playoffs as a wild card and looked like the worst team going into the postseason.


i did say before the playoffs started that the cardinals on paper look like the worst team in the NL.

the molina and martinez injuries finally did us in. we survived so many injuries, but that mighta been too much.

carpenter looks horrible this series. holliday and peralta havent done much (yet).

here come the only 2 batters on our team doing anything, piscotty and heyward.

woulda been a 4pitch strikeout to almost anyone else on our team. thank god piscotty isnt blind.
