WOWEEE, we would be instant world series favorites you'd have to think if that were to happen, I give it slim to no chance though but wouldn't be surprised if Dombrowski went after 1 or the other.
Out of the two i'd much rather have britton, but Machado is a proven hitter, would be great to have a 3rd all star caliber hitter (I don't count mitch moreland as a true all star lol) for the playoffs. I think Britton would be more valuable just because we have a LOT of ?'s for post season pitching, both starting and bullpen (outside of Sale and Kimbrel that is).
