Latos to LA.. looking like one or more of Jim Johnson, Chris Johnson, AJ Pierrzzzski, Julio Teheran from Braves.. no idea who Braves get, no idea who Marlins get.

"Significant players" involved.. which is what gives me indication that Teheran is involved, since they said a young pitcher from Atlanta that would go straight into LA rotation.

e: Which now it doesn't seem to make sense.. the Dodgers want 2 SP? Maybe Latos IS going to Atlanta.. that would suck.

In favor of us or them?

I know Susac is very high in a lot of people's minds, but I'm still waiting to see much of the hype. I've watched him play quite a bit and while there is definite promise, I don't think he'll be a game changing player.
I love Beede. I think he'll be a great pitcher. But for how good Hamels is and his contract situation, I'm willing to sacrifice him.

Those guys are like the best prospects for the Giants.. I think Phillies would be greatly benefiting from the trade towards the future whereas Giants benefit now.
